Is It Required to Seal the Edges Between the Pages in a Written Record?

Based on Clause g, Section 1, Article 40 of Decree 08/2020/ND-CP regulating the form and essential content of affidavits:

- The signature of the Bailiff, the stamp of the Bailiff's Office, the signature or fingerprint of the requester, other participants (if any), and the person whose documented behavior is recorded in the affidavit (if they request).

If the affidavit contains 02 or more pages, each page must be numbered sequentially; if it contains 02 or more sheets, the sheets must be interleaf stamped; the number of original copies of each affidavit is subject to agreement between the parties.

Thus, for affidavits consisting of 02 or more sheets, interleaf stamping is required according to the regulations.
