Is it mandatory for a notary public's testimony to specify the time and place?
In Clause 1, Article 46 of the Notarization Law 2014, provisions on the notary's certification are as follows:
The notary's certification of contracts and transactions must clearly state the time and place of notarization, the notary's full name, the name of the notarial practice organization; certify that participants in the contract or transaction are completely voluntary, have civil act capacity, and that the purpose and content of the contract or transaction do not violate the law or contravene social ethics, that the signatures or stamps in the contract or transaction are genuinely those of the participants; the responsibility of the notary for the certification; and the notary's signature along with the seal of the notarial practice organization.
=> Thus, according to the above provisions, the notary's certification must clearly state the time and place related to the notarization.
Respectfully.
