How Often is a Notarial Register Compiled?
According to Clause 1, Article 25 of Circular 01/2021/TT-BTP regulating the notarization book and notarization number, it is stipulated that:
The notarization book is used to track and manage notarization activities at notarial practice organizations. The book is established annually, with the opening date being January 01, and the closing date being December 31. The book must be paginated, written sequentially from 01 to the end of the book, without leaving any lines or pages blank, and must be stitched with a seal as prescribed by law.
Based on the above regulation, the notarization book will be established annually (once per year), with the opening date being January 01, and the closing date being December 31.
