Under Article 14 of the Charter of the Vietnam Bar Federation (Enclosed with Decision 856/QD-TTg of 2022):
1. The Federation Office is an assisting body of the Federation. The President of the Federation decides on the appointment, relief from duty, and dismissal of the Chief of Office and Deputy Chief of Office according to the resolution of the Standing Committee of the Federation.
2. The Representative Office of the Vietnam Bar Federation in Ho Chi Minh City is a permanent assisting body of the Federation in the southern region. The President of the Federation decides on the appointment, dismissal, and removal of the Chief Representative and Deputy Chief Representative according to the resolution of the Standing Committee of the Federation.
3. The tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Federation Office and the Representative Office of the Vietnam Bar Federation in Ho Chi Minh City are regulated by the Standing Committee of the Federation based on this Charter.
2. What are the current regulations on the committees of the Vietnam Bar Federation?
According to Article 15 of the Charter of the Vietnam Bar Federation (Enclosed with Decision 856/QD-TTg of 2022:
1. The committees of the Vietnam Bar Federation include:
a) Training and Development Committee;
b) Lawyer Supervision and Support Committee;
c) Law Building and Legal Aid Committee;
d) Commendation and Discipline Committee;
dd) International Relations Committee;
e) Economic and Financial Committee;
g) Other Committees as decided by the National Lawyer Council.
2. The President of the Federation decides on the appointment, dismissal, and removal of the Chairpersons, Vice-Chairpersons, and Committee Members of the Federation's committees according to the resolution of the Standing Committee of the Federation.
3. Based on the provisions of Clause 1 of this Article, the Standing Committee of the Federation decides on the organizational structure, tasks, and powers of the committees.
