Framework on Fees for Serving Documents, Dossiers, and Materials by Court Bailiffs

I would like to ask, when a Bailiff serves documents, files, and materials of the Court, People's Procuracy, or civil judgment enforcement agencies, what is the fee that the Bailiff will charge? Please provide assistance!

Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 62 of Decree 08/2020/ND-CP, the framework for the service of process costs is stipulated as follows:

- A minimum of 65,000 VND per service and a maximum of 130,000 VND per service, except as stipulated in point b of this clause;

- In the case of serving documents, records, and materials outside the provincial jurisdiction or in island regions outside the district jurisdiction where the Bailiff's Office is headquartered, the Court, the People's Procuracy, and the civil judgment enforcement agency shall agree with the Bailiff's Office on the service of process costs, including: Actual incurred expenses but not exceeding travel allowances as prescribed by law applicable to state agencies and public service providers; daily wages of the person performing the service of process but not exceeding the minimum wage for employees working in state agencies and public service providers.

- The service of process costs stipulated in this clause also includes publicly posting in cases where direct service is not possible, and according to procedural law and civil judgment enforcement law, public posting is required.

=> Therefore, the minimum service of process cost is 65,000 VND per service and the maximum is 130,000 VND per service. In cases of service outside the provincial jurisdiction or in island regions outside the district jurisdiction where the Bailiff's Office is headquartered, it shall be based on agreement.

The above is the support content!

Sincerely!
