Does a Notarized Contract Have Legal Effect?
According to Clause 2, Article 5 of the Law on Notarization of 2014:
Contracts and transactions that are notarized shall be effective for the parties involved; in case the obligated party fails to fulfill their obligations, the other party has the right to request the Court to resolve the matter in accordance with the provisions of the law, unless the parties participating in the contract or transaction have agreed otherwise.
=> Thus, Mr. A is obligated to execute the provisions noted in the notarized contract. If Mr. A fails to comply, you have the right to request the court to resolve the issue.
