Article 10 of Circular 01/2021/TT-BTP stipulates on the content of professional notary training as follows:
Notary practice skills, including the receipt, examination of notarization request dossiers, identification of individuals, civil act capacity of the notarization requesters, and other professional skills within the authority of notaries.
Legal knowledge related to notary practice, including legal provisions on notarization, civil law, and other relevant legal provisions.
Code of ethics for notary practice.
Management, organization, and operational skills of notary practice organizations.
