Content and Form of Annual Notarial Professional Training
According to Article 12 of Circular 01/2021/TT-BTP stipulating the content and format of annual notary professional training, the specifics are as follows:
- The content of the annual notary professional training (hereinafter referred to as professional training) includes one or several of the following matters:
a) Code of conduct for notary practice;
b) Updating and supplementing legal knowledge regarding notary practice and other related legal regulations;
c) Notary practice skills; skills to resolve issues encountered during notary practice;
d) Management, organization, and operation skills of a notary practice organization.
- Professional training is conducted in the form of professional training classes.
