Completing the annual notary professional training course requires submitting what documents to the Department of Justice?

I have completed the annual notary training course. What documents do I need to submit to the Department of Justice for verification?

According to Clause 1, Article 15 of Circular 01/2021/TT-BTP, which stipulates the documents confirming the fulfillment of the annual professional training obligation for notaries, the documents include:

- Documents confirming the fulfillment of the professional training obligation include:

+ Certificate of participation in professional training issued by the organization specified in Clause 1, Article 13 of this Circular;+ Journals, books, and textbooks that have been published or announced as prescribed at point a, Clause 2, Article 14 of this Circular;+ Written confirmations or certificates of participation in activities specified at points b, c, d, Clause 2, Article 14 of this Circular.

Written confirmations or certificates related to the case specified at point c, Clause 2, Article 14 of this Circular must be legalized, translated into Vietnamese, and the Vietnamese translation must be notarized or authenticated.

- Notaries who complete their professional training obligations shall submit copies of one of the documents specified in Clause 1 of this Article to the Department of Justice where they are registered for practice no later than December 15 each year to compile a list of those who have fulfilled their annual training obligations.

The Department of Justice shall post the list of notaries who have completed their training obligations and the list of notaries exempt from the training obligations for the year on the Department of Justice's portal no later than December 31 each year.

Written confirmations or certificates related to the case specified at point c, Clause 2, Article 14 of this Circular must be legalized, translated into Vietnamese, and the Vietnamese translation must be notarized or authenticated.

Therefore, after completing the annual professional training, you must submit a copy of one of the aforementioned documents to the Department of Justice. Please follow these regulations accordingly.
