Checking the Number of Times a Notary Internship Result is Unsuccessful before Requiring Re-Internship

According to Clause 1, Article 16 of Circular 04/2015/TT-BTP, the issue is regulated as follows:

The following individuals are eligible to register for the probation results examination in the notary practice:

- Individuals who have completed the probation period and the obligations of Probationers as stipulated by the Notary Law and this Circular;- Individuals who did not meet the requirements in the previous probation results examination.

Individuals who did not meet the requirements in three consecutive probation results examinations are not eligible to register for the examination and must undergo probation again.

=> According to this regulation, if you do not meet the requirements in three consecutive probation results examinations in notary practice, you will have to undergo probation again. Since this is your first probation results examination and you did not meet the requirements, you do not have to undergo probation again.
