Can the Branch of a Law Office Accept Interns?

Based on Clause 3, Article 4 of Circular 19/2013/TT-BTP, the regulations are as follows:

Legal practice organizations receiving trainees include:

- Law offices, law firms; branches of law offices, law firms;

- Branches of foreign legal practice organizations in Vietnam; foreign law firms in Vietnam, branches of foreign law firms in Vietnam.

- Branches of Vietnamese legal practice organizations, branches of foreign law firms in Vietnam may receive trainee lawyers when there is written authorization from the head of the legal practice organization or the Director of the foreign law firm in Vietnam.

Thus, in the above case, the branch office of the law firm is still allowed to receive trainees, and the specified legal practice organizations will be able to carry out this work.
