Can a Lawyer Apprentice Participate in the International Integration Lawyer Program?
Pursuant to Section 2, Framework Training Program for Lawyers Serving International Integration (Attached to Decision No. 1711/QD-BTP of 2021), the regulations are as follows:
Training Subjects
The training subjects are those who have a bachelor's degree in law or higher, wish to participate in the training course, and meet the conditions stipulated in Section 3, including:
- Lawyers practicing in law practice organizations, enterprises;
- Lawyer trainees;
- Officers working in the legal departments of Ministries, Ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government of Vietnam, specialized agencies under Provincial People's Committees; legal organizations in enterprises;
- Lecturers of law training institutions, lawyer training institutions;
- Other subjects who wish to participate in the Training Program.
Thus, according to the above regulation, lawyer trainees are still the subjects eligible to participate in the lawyer training program serving international integration as stipulated.
