Based on Clause 3 Article 34 of the Law on Lawyers 2006, it is stipulated as follows:
- A limited liability law firm includes a multi-member limited liability law firm and a single-member limited liability law firm.
+ A multi-member limited liability law firm is established by at least two lawyers.+ A single-member limited liability law firm is established and owned by one lawyer.Therefore, a multi-member limited liability law firm must be established by at least two lawyers. In the above case, if a lawyer and a legal expert establish the firm, it is a violation of the regulations.
