What is the publishing period of the table for monitoring progress of investor selection activities in Vietnam on the National Bidding Network System?
Pursuant to Article 12 of Decree 115/2024/ND-CP, which regulates the preparation and approval of the table for monitoring progress of investor selection activities in Vietnam:
Article 12. Preparation and approval of the table for monitoring progress of investor selection activities
- The authorized person assigns a relevant agency, unit, or professional body to prepare the progress monitoring template for investor selection activities according to Annex II issued together with this Decree.
- The authorized person approves the progress monitoring template for investor selection activities, which includes deciding on the procuring entity, the form, method of selecting the investor, and the time to start organizing the selection of the investor for projects involving land use.
- For investment projects involving land use that require investment policy approval according to investment law regulations, the progress monitoring template for investor selection activities is approved independently or simultaneously with the decision of investment policy approval.
- For investment projects involving land use that do not require investment policy approval, the progress monitoring template for investor selection activities is approved simultaneously with the information on the investment project involving land use.
- The authorized agency creates, issues operational accounts, and assigns necessary permissions to relevant agencies, units, and professional bodies to upload the approved progress monitoring template for investor selection activities on the National Bidding Network System no later than 05 working days from the issuance date of the approval document.
According to these regulations, the approved Progress Monitoring Template for Investor Selection Activities must be published on the National Bidding Network System no later than 05 working days from the issuance date of the approval document.
