What is an Investment Project Code?
Clause 1, Article 37 of Decree No. 31/2021/ND-CP stipulates:
The investment project code is a sequence of numbers automatically generated by the National Information System on Investment and recorded on the Investment Registration Certificate. Each investment project is assigned a unique code, which remains valid throughout the project's operation and becomes invalid when the project ceases its activities.
