What is an Investment Construction Project Management Director?

Clause 17, Article 3 of Decree 15/2021/ND-CP stipulates the duties of the project director for construction investment projects as follows:

A project director is an individual who is assigned the project management duties by the Director of the Specialized Construction Investment Project Management Board, the Regional Construction Investment Project Management Board, the legal representative of the project management consulting organization, or the legal representative of the investor (in case the investor uses an in-house specialized department or establishes a project management board for a specific construction investment project) to manage and coordinate the implementation of project management for a specific construction investment project.
