a) The cost of maintaining the name and capability profile of a contractor on the National Bidding Network System is 330,000 VND per year (including value-added tax). Contractors shall pay this cost starting from the second year onwards after registering to participate in the National Bidding Network System;
b) The fee for submitting a bid dossier on the National Bidding Network System is: 330,000 VND per package (including value-added tax) for open bidding, restricted bidding, online pricing according to the regular procedure; 220,000 VND per package (including value-added tax) for competitive offers;
c) Costs for successful contractors of the package under open bidding, restricted bidding, competitive offers, and online pricing according to the regular procedure applied to online bidding:
