Validity period of the tender certificate?
According to Clause 3, Article 111 of Decree 63/2014/ND-CP, the duration of the procurement practice certificate (procurement practice license) is specified as follows:
The procurement practice license issued by the Ministry of Planning and Investment is valid for 5 years from the date of issuance. Individuals who have been issued a procurement practice license and violate the provisions of the procurement laws will have their licenses revoked depending on the nature and extent of the violations.
Therefore, the procurement practice license is valid for 5 years from the date of issuance.
