The Ministry of Planning and Investment's Responsibilities in Managing the Investment, Construction, and Operation of Golf Courses

According to the provisions of Article 14 of Decree 52/2020/ND-CP (Effective from June 15, 2020) regarding the management of investment in construction and business of golf courses, the Ministry of Planning and Investment is responsible for:

- Developing, submitting to competent authorities for issuance, or issuing documents regulating investment in construction and business of golf courses.

- Inspecting the implementation of the provisions of this Decree according to their functions and powers.

- Leading the appraisal, submitting to the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam for a decision on investment policy regarding golf course projects under the provisions of the law on investment and this Decree.

- Leading, cooperating with ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities to consolidate the situation of implementing golf course projects nationwide.

- Performing other tasks as stipulated in this Decree and the assignments of the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam.
