- The specialized state management agency shall conduct monitoring, inspection, and overall evaluation of investment according to the sector and field of management.
- The investment registration agency shall conduct monitoring, inspection, and overall evaluation of investment within its management scope.
- State-owned enterprises shall conduct monitoring, inspection, and overall evaluation of the enterprise's investment.
