Responsibilities of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs in Managing the Capital Region
According to Article 19 of Decree 91/2021/ND-CP (Effective from December 5, 2021) stipulating the responsibilities of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs as follows:
Preside, cooperate with the Ministry of Education and Training, other ministries, central authorities, and local authorities in the Capital Region to review the planning network of vocational education institutions to develop projects for training and developing high-quality human resources that meet the structural shift of production and labor in accordance with market demands.
Develop mechanisms for sharing high-quality human resources among training institutions within the Capital Region to serve the needs of the Region and neighboring localities.
