Responsibilities of the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism in the Development of the Capital Region
According to Article 21 of Decree 91/2021/ND-CP (Effective from December 05, 2021) regarding the responsibilities of the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, specifically:
Take the lead and cooperate with localities to develop specific programs, plans, and solutions for the conservation and development of culture, history, and tourism that reflect the common peculiarities of the Capital Region.
Guide localities in the region in the development and implementation of planning for the preservation, restoration, and rehabilitation of national relics, special national relics, and planning for the protection and promotion of cultural and historical heritage values after being approved by the competent authority.
