Responsibilities of Provinces and Cities in the Capital Region for Regional Development
According to Article 23 of Decree 91/2021/ND-CP (Effective from December 05, 2021) stipulating the responsibilities of provinces and cities in the Capital Region as follows:
Develop programs and plans to cooperate with ministries, and provinces, cities in the region to implement the coordination contents specified in this Decree.
Coordinate with relevant ministries and provinces, cities in the region to research and propose key programs and projects of the region.
Balance local budget funds to implement key socio-economic infrastructure projects of the region within their jurisdiction.
Develop and provide information and data on the results of performing socio-economic development tasks as specified in Article 10 of this Decree and publish information on key sectors and fields of the province, city in the Capital Region.
Complete mechanisms and policies to improve the business investment environment, issue measures to encourage and support economic components and attract enterprises to invest in key programs and projects of the region.
