Procedure for Adjustment and Supplementation of the Contents of the Construction Valuation Practice Certificate
Legal Basis: - Construction Law 2014; Decree 15/2021/ND-CP; Decree 100/2018/ND-CP; Circular 38/2022/TT-BTC; Amended Construction Law 2020.
According to current legal regulations, the Construction Cost Estimating Practice Certificate is classified into the following categories: Category I Construction Cost Estimating Practice Certificate, Category II Construction Cost Estimating Practice Certificate, and Category III Construction Cost Estimating Practice Certificate.
Individuals who have been granted a Construction Cost Estimating Practice Certificate and wish to modify or supplement the content of the Certificate will have their Certificate content modified or supplemented by the competent state agency in accordance with the law.
Procedures for modifying or supplementing the Construction Cost Estimating Practice Certificate are specifically implemented as follows:
1. Conditions for modification and supplementation:
Individuals who have been granted a Construction Cost Estimating Practice Certificate can modify or supplement the content of the Practice Certificate upon request.
2. Dossier for modification and supplementation:
Including:
- Application for the Construction Cost Estimating Practice Certificate;- Documents related to the requested modification or supplementation;- 02 color photos size 4 x 6 cm with a white background taken within the last 06 months;
3. Process for modification and supplementation:
- The individual submits 01 dossier requesting the modification or supplementation of the content of the Construction Cost Estimating Practice Certificate either online, by mail, or directly at the agency competent to issue the Construction Cost Estimating Practice Certificate.
- Within 20 days from the date of receiving a complete and valid dossier, the competent agency is responsible for issuing the Construction Cost Estimating Practice Certificate;
Note: In case the dossier is incomplete or invalid, the competent agency must notify in writing once to the individual requesting the modification or supplementation of the Construction Cost Estimating Practice Certificate within 05 days from the date of receiving the dossier.
4. Authority for modification and supplementation:
- Category I: Issued by the specialized agency under the Ministry of Construction.
- Category II, Category III: Issued by the Department of Construction; Or a recognized social-professional organization that meets the conditions to issue the Construction Cost Estimating Practice Certificate to its members.
5. Processing time: 20 days from the date of receiving a complete and valid dossier.
6. Fee for modification and supplementation: 150,000 VND (One hundred fifty thousand VND) per certificate.
7. Validity period of the Certificate: 05 years.
Note: For foreign individuals' certificates, the validity is determined according to the duration specified in the work permit or temporary residence card issued by the competent authority, but not exceeding 05 years.
