Minimum Time for Preparing Expressions of Interest for International Bidding
Based on Point c, Clause 1, Article 12 of the Bidding Law 2013, the timelines in the process of selecting contractors and investors are stipulated as follows:
The minimum time for preparing interest documents is 10 days for domestic bidding and 20 days for international bidding, counted from the first day the request for interest documents is issued to the closing day for submission of interest documents. Contractors must submit their interest documents before the closing time.
According to the above provisions in the process of selecting contractors, the minimum time for preparing interest documents will be 20 days for international bidding, counted from the first day the request for interest documents is issued to the closing day for submission of interest documents.
