Is Over 5 Years of Experience Required for the Certification Exam for Level 3 Construction Design Practice?

Based on Clause 5, Article 1 of Decree 100/2018/ND-CP stipulating the general conditions for obtaining a Class III construction practice certificate as follows:

Having appropriate professional qualifications, having experience time participating in suitable work with the contents requested for issuance of the practice certificate from 02 years or more for individuals with university degrees; from 03 years or more for individuals with college or intermediate degrees.

Regarding the conditions for issuance of a Class III construction design practice certificate stipulated in Clause 8, Article 1 of Decree 100/2018/ND-CP:Having participated in the design, design inspection of work parts in the field requested for issuance of the practice certificate for at least 03 projects from Class III or more, or 05 projects from Class IV or more of the same type as the project requested for issuance of the practice certificate.

Thus, to be eligible for a Class III construction design practice certificate, you need to have 02 years of experience or more for university degrees, from 03 years of experience or more for college or intermediate degrees, and meet the conditions in Clause 8, Article 1 of this Decree.
