Inspection of Investment Activities under the PPP Method: When Does It Take Place?

According to Clause 2, Article 83 of the Law on Investment under the Public-Private Partnership Method 2020 (effective from January 1, 2021), the timing of inspections is stipulated as follows:

Inspection of investment activities under the PPP method is conducted regularly or unexpectedly as decided by the head of the competent inspection authority.

Additionally, the law also stipulates the contents of the inspection of investment activities under the PPP method, including:

- Issuance of guidelines on investment under the PPP method by the competent authority;

- Investment preparation; organization of investor selection; signing and execution of contracts;

- Other activities related to investment under the PPP method.
