How is the Database of the Capital Region Information System Regulated?
According to Article 10 of Decree 91/2021/ND-CP (Effective from December 05, 2021), which stipulates the information system regional database, specifically:
Relevant ministries and central authorities and provinces and cities within the region are responsible for providing information on the fields and coordination content to the Capital Region Coordination Council. The information content to be provided includes: issued policies and mechanisms, market forecasts, regional linkage projects, science and technology application products, and the implementation status of socio-economic indicators over five years and annually.
The Capital Region Coordination Council directs the construction of the database, enhances information sharing between localities within the Capital Region and between localities with ministries and central authorities and the Capital Region Coordination Council to ensure issues are handled promptly and accurately. Relevant ministries and central authorities, agencies, and localities are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and prompt information to the Capital Region Coordination Council to serve the overall direction.
