General Conditions for Granting Construction Practice Certificates
Clause 5, Article 1 of Decree 100/2018/ND-CP amending, supplementing, and abolishing regulations on business investment conditions under the state management of the Ministry of Construction, stipulates that individuals are granted practice certificates when meeting the following conditions:
Possess full civil act capacity as prescribed by law; hold a residence permit or work permit in Vietnam for foreigners and Vietnamese residing abroad.
Possess the appropriate professional qualification, time, and experience engaged in work suitable for the content requested for granting a practice certificate as follows:
a) Class I: Possess a university degree in a relevant major, with work experience related to the content requested for a practice certificate of 07 years or more;
b) Class II: Possess a university degree in a relevant major, with work experience related to the content requested for a practice certificate of 04 years or more;
c) Class III: Possess an appropriate professional qualification, with work experience related to the content requested for a practice certificate of 02 years or more for individuals with a university degree; 03 years or more for individuals with a college or intermediate degree.
