Draft Contract of Bidding Documents for Land-Using Investment Projects: What Does it Include?

Based on Point l Clause 2 Article 47 of Decree 25/2020/ND-CP (effective from April 20, 2020), the draft contract for the bidding documents of investment projects using land includes the following contents:

- Requirements for project implementation, deadlines for land allocation or leasing;

- Land area, land fund;

- Estimated land use fee, land rent;

- The method of land valuation to be used to determine land levy, land rent at the time of land allocation or leasing according to the provisions of land law;

- Input parameters or methods for determining input parameters corresponding to the valuation method;

- Applicable regulations;

- Contract bonuses and penalties;

- Force majeure events;

- Review of the contract during the project operation and other contents.
