Based on Article 21 of the Housing Law 2014 and Point a Clause 1 Article 75 of the Investment Law 2020 regulating the conditions for being a project owner of commercial housing construction projects as follows:
Enterprises, cooperatives established and operating in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
Have deposit capital or bank guarantee regarding the obligation to deposit to be implemented for each project in accordance with investment laws.
Have the function of real estate business in accordance with the law.
Therefore, for cooperatives that want to be the project owner of commercial housing construction projects, they need to meet the above conditions.
