What are the conditions for extending the linkage to organize the issuance of foreign language certificates?
Based on Article 25 of Decree 86/2018/ND-CP on the extension or adjustment of linked training, linked organization of foreign language proficiency certification:
Extension or adjustment of linked training, linked organization of foreign language proficiency certification
The linked training parties or linked organization for foreign language proficiency certification shall submit 01 set of documents as stipulated in Clause 5 of this Article directly or by post to the competent authority.
The extension of linked training or linked organization for foreign language proficiency certification must be conducted within 06 months before the linked training or linked organization for foreign language proficiency certification expires. The adjustment of linked training or linked organization for foreign language proficiency certification is carried out upon the request of the linked parties.
Conditions for extending or adjusting linked training:
a) The linked training parties must operate in accordance with the decision to approve the linked training;
b) No violations of Vietnamese and foreign laws;
c) The linked training program continues to meet the conditions of educational quality accreditation.
4. Conditions for extending or adjusting the linkage to organize the issuance of foreign language certificates.
a) The linked parties must operate in accordance with the document allowing the linkage to organize the issuance of foreign language proficiency certificates;
b) No violations or frauds detected in the organization of the exam, issuance of foreign language certificates.

What documents are required to apply for an extension of the linkage to organize the issuance of foreign language certificates?
Based on Clause 5, Article 25 of Decree 86/2018/ND-CP, the documents required to apply for an extension of the linkage to organize the issuance of foreign language certificates include:
- An application for extension or adjustment of linkage signed by the linked parties according to Form No. 11 in the Appendix issued with this Decree;
- A summary report on the linkage activities during the licensed period;
- A valid cooperation agreement or contract between the linked parties.
