Based on Appendix III Part 2 issued with Circular 23/2021/TT-BGTVT (Effective from 25/12/2021) regulating the form of acceptance form for contract proposal and award for the airport service work investment project as follows:

Regarding: Notification of proposal acceptance and contract award.

Based on Decision No... (write the number) dated... (write the date of decision approval of investor selection results) of... (write the name of the authorized person) (hereinafter referred to as the Authorized Person) approving the investor for the project... (write the project name), the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam hereby notifies that the Authorized Person has approved the proposal acceptance and contract award for the Investor to implement the project ...(write the project name) with the contract information as follows: ...(write the total project implementation cost; compensation cost, resettlement support for projects not yet cleared; proposed submission of state budget in the investor approval decision) with the contract implementation period of ...(write the contract implementation period in the investor approval decision).

Request the legal representative of the Investor to complete and sign the contract with the Authorized Person according to the following plan:

- Contract completion time: ...(write the contract completion time), at ...(write the contract completion location), attached with the draft contract.

- Contract signing time: ...(write the contract signing time); at ...(write the contract signing location).

Request the Investor to implement measures to ensure contract performance according to Form No. 12 Part 2 - Draft Contract and Contract Form of the investor approval request dossier with the amount of ...(write the amount) and the effective period of ...(write the amount and effective period as prescribed in Section 13 of the investor approval request dossier).

This document is an integral part of the contract dossier. Upon receiving this document, the Investor must have an approval document to complete, sign the contract, and implement measures to ensure contract performance as required above, in which the Investor must commit that the current capacity of the Investor still meets the requirements stated in the investor approval request dossier. The Authorized Person will refuse to complete, sign the contract with the Investor in case the current capacity of the Investor does not meet the requirements for project implementation.

If by ...(write the specific date, within 30 days from the date of issuance of the notification of proposal acceptance and contract award) the Investor does not proceed with negotiations, complete, sign the contract, or does not implement measures to ensure contract performance as required above, the Investor will be disqualified.
