09 Cases of Supplementary Registration for Vocational Education Activities
According to Article 18 of Decree 143/2016/ND-CP stipulating investment conditions and activities in the field of vocational education issued by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam, vocational education institutions and vocational education activity establishments that have been granted a certificate of registration for vocational education activities must register for additional vocational education activities in the following cases:
- Increasing the enrollment scale of each training sector, or occupation by 10% or more compared to the enrollment scale per year granted in the certificate of registration for vocational education activities.
- Adding new training sectors or occupations (opening new training sectors, or occupations).
- Supplementing or changing the training level, or adjusting the enrollment scale between different training levels and between various sectors, or occupations within the same group of sectors, or occupations.
- Dividing, separating, merging, or changing the investment registration certificate or enterprise registration certificate related to the contents recorded in the certificate of registration for vocational education activities.
- Transferring the main office, branch, or training location to another place where the main office, branch, or training location is the place directly organizing training.
- Establishing a new branch with training activities.
- Opening new training locations or partnering with organizations or individuals to organize training activities outside the main office or branch.
- Changing the name of the vocational education activity establishment.
- Ceasing enrollment or reducing the enrollment scale for training sectors or occupations that have been granted a registration certificate for vocational education activities.
