Purpose of Inspection Work for Individuals Belonging to the Ministry of Information and Communications?
Based on Article 3 stipulating the inspection work of agencies, organizations, and individuals under the Ministry of Information and Communications, Decision 29/QD-BTTTT in 2021 is specified as follows:
Purpose of Inspection Work
Timely capture information on the compliance with specialized laws in information and communication, the implementation of directives and guidelines from the Ministry of Information and Communications, conclusions from the Ministry’s leadership, and the execution of assigned functions and duties.
Assist inspection subjects in complying with the law promptly by correcting early any shortcomings in the application of the law (if any) or suggesting amendments and supplements to regulations in line with practical realities.
Enhance the effectiveness of prevention measures against violations, propose handling measures when signs of violations are detected, and adjust management activities accordingly.
Principles of Inspection for Individuals Belonging to the Ministry of Information and Communications?
Based on Article 4, the regulation stipulates the specific contents as follows:
Principles of Inspection
Accurate, objective, public, democratic, and prompt; no overlapping in content, subjects, or inspection time; and not hindering the normal activities of the agency, organization, or individual being inspected.
Inspections are conducted based on the inspection decision of the authorized person. Unified inspection and annual inspection plans to avoid overlapping and minimize the impact on the normal activities of the agency, organization, or individual.
Inspections should not be conducted more than once a year for a single inspection subject (except for unexpected inspections).
Strengthen the application of information technology in the process of implementing inspections.
