According to Section 2.4.3, Part 2 of the National Technical Regulation on the Installation of Telecommunications Peripheral Cable Networks enclosed with Circular 20/2019/TT-BTTTT, it is stipulated that:

- Cable tunnels must be equipped with an appropriate lighting system powered by a reliable electrical source to facilitate installation, splicing, maintenance, and repair work.
=> Thus, according to the regulation, to ensure the installation, splicing, maintenance, and repair of the cable system, a lighting system must be installed in the tunnel.
