Which regulations must public securities investment companies comply with?
Based on Clause 2, Article 115, Securities Law 2019 (Effective from January 01, 2021) stipulating that public securities investment companies must comply with the following regulations:
- Investment restrictions stipulated in Article 110 of this Law;
- Contents related to asset valuation and reporting policies specified in Articles 106 and 107 of this Law;
- Obligations of public companies stipulated in points a, b, c Clause 1 and Clause 2, Article 34 of this Law;
- Assets of securities investment companies must be deposited at a supervisory bank.
