According to the latest regulations on listed stock transactions and registered securities transactions, what is pending securities?

According to Clause 12, Article 2 of Circular 120/2020/TT-BTC (Effective from February 15, 2021), securities pending arrival are understood as follows:

Securities pending arrival are securities that investors have purchased on the securities trading system on previous trading days and are in the process of completing the transfer of ownership.

In addition, this article stipulates the understanding of certain terms in listed stock transactions and securities registration transactions as follows:

- Price fluctuation range is the limit of securities price fluctuations specified within a trading day, calculated as a percentage (%) compared to the reference price.

- Circuit breaker is an automatic trading halt mechanism during a trading session when securities prices or stock indices fluctuate and hit predetermined thresholds on the securities trading system.
