After reviewing the application for registration of derivative securities clearing members of the Company/Bank………, Vietnam Securities Depository Center (VSD) announces the following:

1. VSD approves in principle the registration as a derivative securities clearing member of your Company/Bank;

2. To officially become a derivative securities clearing member of VSD, you are requested to complete the procedures specified in Clauses 2 and 3, Article 2 of the Derivative Securities Clearing Member Regulations. at VSD issued together with Decision No. .../QD-VSD dated ...... of the General Director of VSD, specifically as follows:

a) Contribute to the Clearing Fund for the derivatives market according to the provisions of the Regulations on management and use of the Clearing Fund for the derivatives market at VSD. In case of monetary contribution, your Company/Bank shall make payment to the account:
