According to Clause 2, Article 2 of Circular 119/2020/TT-BTC, the regulations are as follows:
Book-entry securities are securities issued in the form of book-entry accounts or electronic data. Information regarding the lawful ownership of book-entry securities holders is recorded in the register of securities holders.
