What is a convertible bond?
Pursuant to Clause 7, Article 3 of Decree 155/2020/ND-CP, the regulation is as follows:
Convertible bonds are bonds issued by joint-stock companies, which can be converted into common shares of the issuing organization under the conditions and terms specified in the bond issuance plan.
