What is a bond with warrants?
According to Clause 5, Article 4 of Decree 153/2020/ND-CP, warranted bonds are defined as follows:
“Warranted bond” is a type of bond issued by a joint stock company with attached warrants, allowing the warrant holder the right to purchase a certain number of common shares of the issuing enterprise under the conditions and terms determined in the bond issuance plan.
