What are Bonds with Warrants?
Based on Clause 9, Article 3 of Decree 155/2020/ND-CP, it is stipulated as follows:
Bonds with warrants are a type of bond issued by a joint-stock company that comes with warrants, allowing the holder of the warrants the right to purchase a certain number of common shares of the issuing organization under conditions and terms defined in the bond issuance plan.
