Subjects for Registration of Transactions on the UPCOM Trading System
Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 133 of Decree 155/2020/ND-CP stipulating the subjects of transaction registration as follows:
- Public companies that are not listed on the Stock Exchange;
- Companies that are delisted either mandatorily or voluntarily but still meet the conditions of being a public company;
- Equitized enterprises that are required to register transactions according to the law on state enterprise conversion, single-member limited liability companies with 100% charter capital held by the state, and public service providers converted into joint-stock companies.
