Registration and Custody of Bonds in the Domestic Market

According to Article 16 of Decree No. 153/2020/ND-CP, this content is regulated as follows:

- Enterprises offering privately placed bonds must register and deposit bonds within the following time frames:

+ 5 business days from the date the State Securities Commission announces that it has received the report on the results of the private placement of convertible bonds, private placement of bonds with detachable warrants by public companies, securities companies, and investment fund management companies.

+ 5 business days from the date of completion of the offering for privately placed enterprise bonds in cases not covered under point a of this section.

- At any given time, each enterprise bond code can only be registered and deposited at one bond registration and depository organization.
