According to Point a Clause 1 Article 3 of Circular 120/2020/TT-BTC (Effective from February 15, 2021), the Stock Exchange shall organize securities trading by the centralized order matching method based on the following principles:
The method of centralized order matching on the securities trading system must ensure the principles of price and time priority.
Additionally, the law also stipulates principles for trading by the negotiation method, specifically:
The negotiation trading method on the securities trading system is carried out based on the principles of the parties involved in the transaction mutually negotiating and agreeing upon the transaction contents.
