Oversight of Securities Transactions Based on Information from Which Sources?
The monitoring of securities transactions is based on information from sources stipulated in Clause 1, Article 6 of Circular 95/2020/TT-BTC, specifically:
- Monitoring reports from the Vietnam Stock Exchange and its subsidiaries, trading members, Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation, and members of the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation;
- Reports from listed organizations, organizations registering transactions;
- Reports and reflective information from organizations and individuals participating in transactions in the securities market;
- Sources of information from public media, rumors related to securities transactions;
- Other sources of information.
