Dossier for Registration of Special Trading Members, State Treasury Participating in Debt Instrument Transactions
Pursuant to Article 100 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP stipulating the documentation as follows:
- The registration dossier for a special trading member for commercial banks, branches of foreign banks includes:
a) Documents as specified in Clause 1, Article 98 of this Decree;
b) The establishment and operation license or branch opening license from the competent authority;
c) The certificate of being a depository member or the service provision contract between the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation and the commercial bank, branch of foreign bank regarding the opening of a direct account;
d) The explanatory report on information technology infrastructure, business process, and personnel.
- The dossier for the State Treasury to register for participation in trading debt instruments includes:
a) Documents as specified in Points a, d, Clause 1 of this Article;
b) The service provision contract between the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation and the State Treasury regarding the opening of a direct account.
