Content of the Asset Management Delegation Contract for the Securities Trading Account of Individual Investors
The entrusted management contract for the securities trading account of individual investors is stipulated in Clause 4, Article 19 of Circular 121/2020/TT-BTC. To be specific:
The term of the entrusted contract shall not exceed 01 year from the time the contract is signed;
The entrusted contract must at a minimum include the following contents:
- Information about the customer;
- Information about the practitioner assigned to manage the customer's account;
- The content of the entrustment;
- The rights and obligations of the parties in the contract;
- Management fees and bonus fees;
- Payment and liquidation methods of the contract;
- Dispute resolution methods.
