Content of Securities Trading Regulations
Based on Clause 3, Article 3 of Circular 120/2020/TT-BTC (Effective from February 15, 2021), the Vietnam Stock Exchange shall issue securities trading regulations.
The securities trading regulations include the following basic contents:
- Trading methods; trading hours;
- The method for determining the reference price; the price fluctuation range of securities;
- Market circuit breakers (if any); types of trading orders;
- The modification, cancellation of trading orders; the establishment and removal of securities transactions;
- The temporary suspension of trading, partial or total suspension of transactions of a security code;
- The disclosure of information about trading results and other related contents.
